English Australia members may be interested in the following information from English Australia Corporate Affiliate PaytoStudy. The English Australia Corporate Affiliate Program has been developed to promote strong relationships between the ELICOS industry and organisations that contribute to its success in delivering high quality programs to overseas students. Information updates from English Australia Corporate Affiliates are circulated to ensure that English Australia members are kept up-to-date with developments of interest. 

PaytoStudy

PaytoStudy is an online international payment solution which eliminates the international wire fees and tedious administration associated with international payments. The key element of the service is a system which allows international payments to be made and received via local banking networks. This is supported by an online system where payment information and history are recorded and users can access current foreign exchange rates, instructions and bank account details for their banks around the world.

PaytoStudy can be used for receiving International Wire Transfers and Making Commission and Refund Payments.

Administration

The service also eliminates most of the administration related to international payments:

Unidentifiable Payments: There are none. PaytoStudy payments are labelled with student names/ID numbers.

Database: Education institutions are provided with a “Payment History” database containing details of every payment registered and received. Each payment line contains details of the student name, identification number, transfer amount and date. This can be downloaded and contains a search function to locate individual payments.

Receipts: Receipts are issued daily to all students/agencies that make tuition payments to the institution. Payment confirmations are also issued to the institution.

Implementation and Cost

There is no cost to the education institution to implement the service.

Partner Education Agencies

There is a designated section on the website for education agents, allowing them to create an account. PaytoStudy will assist all of your partner education agencies with their transfers and will issue them with a step by step guide to the system.

Customer Care:

PaytoStudy is a client centric organisation. Every client will be designated an account manager in addition to 24 hour access to their customer care team via phone, email and skype. All students/partner agencies will also have 24 hour access to their customer care team via phone, email and skype.
