Terms & Conditions
a) Corporate Affiliates must not offer English language programs (unless they are an English Australia member college).
b) Corporate Affiliates provide services to the industry that colleges may wish to purchase.
c) By joining, Corporate Affiliates commit themselves to ethical business practices comparable to those in the English Australia Code of Practice. English Australia reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke Corporate Affiliate status if it considers that a Corporate Affiliate is not abiding by ethical business practices or will compromise the reputation of English Australia or English Australia member colleges.
d) Applications for Corporate Affiliate status will be considered by the English Australia CEO and a decision will be recommended to the English Australia Board.
e) Corporate Affiliate status will commence from the date of notification of the decision of the English Australia Board.
f) Acceptance into the English Australia Corporate Affiliate Program does not imply Membership of English Australia.
g) Corporate Affiliate status will be for a period of one year following approval, renewable on the anniversary date.
h) An 'Invitation to Renew' Corporate Affiliate status will be sent one month before the current Corporate Affiliate status expires, and notification of acceptance or rejection of renewal should be sent to English Australia at least one week before the current period of affiliation expires.
i) Corporate Affiliates will agree to promote the general interests of all English Australia Member Colleges and to support the objectives of English Australia.
