English Australia releases new Guide to Best Practice resource
English Australia has released another Guide to Best Practice to support member colleges in providing the highest quality programs and services to ELICOS students.
The Guide to Best Practice in Managing the Effects of Natural Disasters was compiled from member college practice and covers key features of best practice; regulatory requirements; organisational procedures; communication with all stakeholders; and evaluating college response following a natural disaster. Case studies of member college response to natural disasters experienced in 2011 are also provided.
The resource, along with other Guides to Best Practice, is available to member colleges for download from the English Australia website:
