ICTE-UQ Wins Hong Kong Australia Business Association Award

English Australia member college, ICTE-UQ, was announced as the winner of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association Award for Business Development – Queensland at an awards ceremony held on 20 September 2013.

The award was won against open competition, with the other finalists being Sirromet wines and Thomson Adsett specialising in Architecture and socially responsible design. The Institute’s winning application featured ICTE-UQ’s Power of Partnership business development strategy in Hong Kong, Macau and China covering pathway to UQ Degree English language services, Extension Studies International customised training, and customised teacher training programs which have seen ICTE-UQ train over 1000 teachers in each of Hong Kong and China and 300 teachers in Macau over recent years.

The award was for the Queensland Chapter of the Association and ICTE-UQ will now compete at the national HKABA Awards later this year.
