Former English Australia Board member appointed to QLD Advisory Council
English Australia was delighted to hear that Christine Bundesen AM, former Chair and Board member of English Australia, has been officially invited and has accepted to serve on the very recently established International Education and Training Advisory Council (IETAC) to be chaired by the Hon John-Paul Langbroek MP, Minister for Education, Training and Employment, to provide information and advice to the Queensland Government on international education and training matters for a two year period from January 2014. The first meeting of the IETAC will be held this week.
The breadth and depth of Christine’s experience and expertise will ensure that the Queensland Government gains valuable insights into the needs and priorities of the international education and training industry and the ELICOS sector in particular.
