Updated 'Guides to Best Practice in ELICOS' now available

English Australia has just updated two more Guides to Best Practice in ELICOS. 

The Guide to Best Practice in Monitoring Student Satisfaction has been updated to include online methods of gathering information.

The Guide to Best Practice in Monitoring Student Progress now incorporates recent changes to regulations as well as suggestions from the Office of the Overseas Students Ombudsman to better support member colleges in complying with the National Code.

The Guide to Best Practice in 'Direct Entry Programs' was fully revised and updated late last year.

Access to the full Guides, together with one-page summaries, is available at www.englishaustralia.com.au/best-practice-guides.

The summaries are available to all, however only staff at English Australia member colleges can log in to see and download the full Guides.
