New Resource for English Australia Member Colleges

As an ELICOS manager, how can you find out more about the ‘co-ordinate and communicate’ rather than the ‘command and control’ approach to managing the continuing professional development of your staff (Underhill, 2004)?

These are some of the questions that English Australia’s new Guide to Best Practice in Managing Professional Development in ELICOS aims to answer for its member colleges. The Guide will not only give you insight into creating cost-effective and engaging continuing professional development programs for your staff that will maximise staff buy-in, but it also provides real case studies and examples of innovative PD initiatives which you will no doubt be inspired to try out.
